FEATURED PODCAST
M Afroze Khan explains what goes wrong before the pitch, and what you'll learn to fix in the VFL workshop.
Watch on YouTubeBecause the silence usually starts before the proposal is sent.
You finish the call thinking it went well. The buyer asked sensible questions. They seemed interested. So you send the proposal.
Then the follow-ups begin.
I reviewed one call where the conversation ran for nearly an hour before the seller learned that a partner had to approve the decision. In another, the buyer liked the plan but still did not trust the execution because previous agencies had promised the same thing.
Those are different problems. Neither is fixed by a better “just checking in” message.
Before a proposal can help, the buyer needs clarity on the problem, the consequence of leaving it unresolved, why your approach fits, who needs to decide, and what happens next.
That is why another follow-up template is rarely the first fix.
WHY DEALS STALL
It starts with the closing line. The objection rebuttal. The follow-up sequence.
Those tools can help. But if the call never created enough clarity for a decision, you are trying to repair the wrong part of the conversation.
The price objection may be spoken at the end. The uncertainty was often created much earlier.
So what should you understand before you pitch?↓
VFL gives the conversation an order: understand the decision before you recommend the solution.
Where is the buyer trying to get to?
What needs to change in the business, and why does that outcome matter now?
What is stopping them today?
What have they tried? What is the current situation costing them in time, money, missed opportunity, or risk?
What would move them forward?
If your offer fits, show how it addresses the problem you have both identified and what decision comes next.

The buyer should understand why your recommendation fits before you ask them to consider the price.
Reading the framework is straightforward. Using it while a real buyer is asking about price, comparing options, or pulling the conversation off track is where people get stuck.
The method is simple on a page. Real calls are not.
You will learn the method, use it on realistic sales situations, see selected conversations worked through, and ask questions while the thinking is still fresh.

We will break down how Vision, Friction, and Lift shape discovery, diagnosis, the pitch, and the next decision. You will learn a map you can adapt, not a script you have to recite.
Bring one offer you currently sell and one objection or stalled deal you want to understand. We will look at what the buyer said, what may still be unknown, and where the conversation lost clarity.
We will practise the moments that usually change the call: setting the frame, probing a vague problem, connecting the offer to the diagnosis, handling uncertainty, and agreeing on the next decision.
The final part is a live Q&A on discovery, price, proposals, follow-up, decision-makers, and difficult sales situations.

You should not have to take my word for it.
The framework has already been used in live teaching and sales coaching. The examples below come from earlier sessions and the wider community, so you can judge the thinking without treating them as a promise of your result.

These are individual community experiences from earlier teaching. They are not results from this workshop. Results vary based on the offer, market, opportunity, and execution.
The reason I teach it this way comes from the calls themselves.

AwardTHE PERSON TEACHING IT
I did not build VFL by collecting closing lines.
It came from selling, consulting, training salespeople, and reviewing the calls that sounded positive but still went nowhere. The same gaps kept appearing: the seller pitched too early, accepted a vague problem, treated every hesitation as price, or ended the call without a real decision process.
VFL is the simple way I teach that thinking. Understand what the buyer wants, diagnose what is in the way, and show the path only when it fits.

If this is the part of selling you want to improve, bring a real offer to the workshop.
A few details that matter before you commit.
People already selling a real offer: founders, agency owners, consultants, salespeople, closers, B2B service providers, and freelancers moving into higher-value deals. You do not need years of sales experience. You do need a real conversation you want to improve.
The workshop is live online on 7 November 2026. The session timing and private joining link are sent after payment is verified.
The date is public. The joining link is sent directly to confirmed attendees so private access information stays with registered participants.
Yes. Online attendees join live and can take part through the session.
Bring one real offer and one stalled deal or objection. Selected situations will be used for examples, diagnosis, and roleplays. A personal call review is not guaranteed for every attendee.
No. You will get questions and practical language you can use, but VFL is a decision framework. The point is to understand what is happening in the call so you know which question to ask next.
A clearer map for your next call: how to frame it, what you still need to diagnose, how to connect the offer to the buyer’s situation, and how to agree on a meaningful next step. The workshop does not guarantee that every deal will close.
Enter your details and continue to payment. Your seat is confirmed after payment is verified and your ticket arrives by email. Review the Refund Policy before payment.
If this fits, reserve your seat and bring the conversation you want to work on.
OPTIONAL UPGRADE
Don’t leave the workshop with notes. Leave with a system for improving your next five sales calls.
The workshop teaches you the VFL™ sales methodology. This implementation pack helps you apply it to your own recorded calls, discover what is weakening the decision, and correct it before the next conversation.
Upload a transcript and receive an evidence-based breakdown of what happened, what was missed, and what to improve. Use it with Grok, Codex, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Dots.ai, or another compatible AI assistant.
The five-file Revenue Incarnate methodology covering framing, rapport, discovery, consequence, desired future, proof, objections, proposals, commitment, and follow-up.
Score every applicable stage of the conversation using evidence from the actual call instead of vague impressions.
Find out whether the problem came from seller execution, a missing sales asset, the commercial system, or a genuine business constraint.
Turn gaps found in the review into stronger questions for the next conversation while preserving the buyer’s language.
Identify whether the hesitation came from value, fit, proof, trust, timing, authority, affordability, implementation, technical risk, priority, or something still unknown.
Plan what to reopen, what to ask, what proof to show, which uncertainty to resolve, and what dated decision to secure next.
Build a commercially credible scenario using numbers supplied or confirmed by the buyer, without inventing ROI.
Choose one behaviour, practise it across five real conversations, and measure whether it improves the quality of the decision process.
Track recurring misses, objections, missing proof, opportunities without a dated decision, coaching priorities, and sales-system repairs.
Bring a real offer. Learn how to understand the buyer’s vision, diagnose the friction, and present the lift only when it fits.
